Children 12yrs and older welcome at full per person rate.

The general rule for refunds for cancellations prior to the arrival date is:

• Cancellations less than 30 days forfeit the full payment.
• Cancellations less than 45 days forfeit 50% of the full payment.
• Cancellation less than 60 days forfeit 25% of the full payment.
• Cancellations 61+ days forfeit 5% of the full payment.
• Customers who cancel a confirmed reservation forfeit a 20% non-refundable deposit.

The cancellation policy over peak periods (Travel from 20^th Dec to 20^th Jan) or special events for e.g Trans-Baviaans, Karoo to Coast etc. is adjusted and supersedes the general rule applicable to any cancellation and refunds of any deposits paid:

• Bookings made from 120 days prior to event  – forfeit 25% of the full invoice
• Bookings made from 90 days prior to event –  forfeit 50% of the full invoice
• Bookings made after 60 days prior to event – forfeit 100% of the full invoice

Minimum 2-night stay on weekends

Minimum 2-night stay during Peak / Festive Season (16/12/2018-15/01/2019)

Check-in time from 2:00 pm on day of arrival

Check-out time at 10:00 am on day of departure
